PENNER Custom Frame & Print is a business I acquired in May of 2016. My wife, Lucy, and I purchased this enterprise from our friends, Randy and Penny Carpenter. Penny's father, Kenneth Thomas, started this framing venture in 1967 as an extension to Southwest Interior and Paint. Later, Randy continued the operation while also serving as Fire Chief for the city of Clinton, Oklahoma. Penny, Randy's husband, operates a travel agency, Southwest Travel, where we share business space on Clinton's Main Street.

I have the tools, devices, and creative skills necessary to appropriately frame or shadow box almost any art, photography, or other subject matter. In addition, I print digital computer or camera files of archival quality on photo stock or canvas on a wide formate printer.

PENNER Custom Frame & Print is located at 421 Frisco Avenue, Clinton, Oklahoma.

Baby Clothes
Jason knew how to dress for the occasion at an early age. This is one of his baby outfits and his mother's favorite rattler placed over his baby photo in a shadow box that I created.

 engagmement
I shot this photo, printed and framed it with selected barn wood from a grandparent's barn.

Puzzle Framed
My customer supplied this puzzle to be framed in a rustic format. The moulding is weathered fence wood with an orange fillet. The added fillet liner has 216 rusty nail heads that finish the frame.

stiletto
If stiletto is your call, wear it on your wall.
A royal blue mat and bright gold fillet compliment the color of this fashion illustration.

customer-friend

Good friends make great customers.
Here's an example of a stacked mat I created. The top mat is a metalic camo,
the second, below, parrots the color of the little goslins in the photo.
